All projects and services provided by Deus Creation are initiated only after thorough discussion, mutual understanding, and client approval of the project scope, deliverables, and payment terms.
Once a project is initiated and work has begun, cancellations and refunds are subject to the conditions below.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Service Cancellation by Client
If you wish to cancel a service:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of payment and before work has started may be eligible for a partial refund (after deduction of payment gateway or administrative charges).
Once the project has entered the planning, design, or execution stage, no cancellation will be accepted.
2.2 Service Cancellation by Deus Creation
We reserve the right to cancel a project or service due to:
Non-payment or delayed payment from the client.
Repeated failure to provide required inputs, approvals, or materials.
Misconduct, misuse, or breach of agreed terms by the client.
In such cases, no refund will be issued, and any outstanding balance must be cleared by the client.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be processed only under the following circumstances:
The project has not yet been started and the cancellation request is approved within 24 hours of payment.
A technical or administrative error on our part prevents service delivery and cannot be reasonably resolved.
All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our accounts and project team.
3.2 Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable once initiated:
- Website Design and Development
- SEO, Google Ads, or Paid Campaigns
- Social Media Management and Content Creation
- Branding, Graphic Design, and Logo Design
- Domain Registration, Hosting, or Third-Party Tool Purchases
- Consultancy and Training Services
Any advance or milestone payments made for these services are considered non-refundable commitments toward project execution.
3.3 Partial Refunds
If the project is terminated midway by mutual agreement, we may offer a partial refund depending on:
Work completed to date
Resources and time invested
Third-party expenses incurred
All such refunds will be at the sole discretion of Deus Creation management.
4. Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
5. Third-Party Payments
We do not control or refund payments made directly to third-party vendors (such as hosting providers, advertising platforms, domain registrars, or external software providers).
Any such refunds must be claimed directly from the respective vendor.
